How much does an interior design project cost?

The cost of an interior design project varies depending on the size of the space, location, complexity of the proposal and level of customization desired. We can work with a fixed price per square meter or with a personalized quote, depending on the needs of each client. For a detailed quote, a meeting is always necessary to better understand the needs and objectives of the project.

How long does it take to complete an interior design project?

The timeframe depends on the size of the project and the level of detail. On average, a project can take from 4 to 12 weeks, considering all stages – from conception to finalization of technical details. If there is construction involved, the time may be longer, depending on the complexity and availability of the professionals involved.

How does the interior design project process work?

The process may vary depending on the needs of each type of project, but generally follows these steps:

Space briefing and analysis – We talk to understand your needs, style and budget. We survey the space and gather important information.
Concept and initial proposal – We present a concept based on the client’s requirements and the needs of the project. Here, we define colors, materials and general ideas.
Project development – We create plans, mood boards and 3D images to visualize the space in detail. We also define furniture, lighting and finishes.
Execution project (optional) – We produce the technical documentation necessary to execute the entire project.
Construction monitoring (optional) – If it is a client requirement, we manage the execution of the work, ensuring that everything goes according to the project.

Do you work with specific suppliers or professionals or can I choose my own?

We have partnerships with trusted suppliers and professionals with specialties such as contractors, carpenters, painters and electricians, who are already familiar with our work method. However, if the client has their own preferred professionals, we can adapt the project so that they can execute it according to the predefined specifications. The important thing is to ensure that the quality and the final result are in line with what we have designed for your space.

Do you serve clients from other cities or do you do online projects?

Yes – we serve clients anywhere in the world and we also offer the option of online design. In this format, in short, we hold virtual meetings, request measurements of the spaces and send the detailed design.
